REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from VSELÉNSKYI. Because our products consist of high-value, unique, handcrafted original art objects (one of one) and customized archival components, we maintain a strict yet fair refund and return policy to protect both the collector and the studio.

1. CANCELLATIONS

  • You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been securely packed and dispatched to the shipping courier.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@vselenskyi.com.

2. RETURNS AND ELIGIBILITY

  • We offer a 14-day return policy for our products. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the art object, handcrafted frame, historical manuscript, and all accompanying materials (including the certificate of authenticity and physical media) must be in the exact same pristine, undamaged condition in which they were received.
  • The item must be returned in its original, museum-grade archival packaging and wooden crate (if applicable) to prevent any transit degradation.
  • Any signs of handling, unpacking damage, moisture exposure, or frame alteration will void eligibility for a refund.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

  • To initiate a return, you must first email us at info@vselenskyi.com to obtain formal return authorization and instructions. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Because of the extreme value and fragile nature of the Products, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for secure, fully insured return shipping using a premium courier service (e.g., DHL, FedEx) with signature delivery.

4. REFUNDS AND INSPECTION

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our studio, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs and any non-refundable customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and coordinate with the insurance and courier services.
