Welcome to VSELÉNSKYI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at vselenskyi.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any original art objects, literary volumes, and related materials (collectively, “Products”) from our online store.

By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. All credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

  • All Products offered on our Site are unique, original works of art (one of one) or premium limited editions.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Product without notice.
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
  • Given the high value of the Products ($10,000+ USD/CAD), additional verification of the buyer’s identity and payment method may be required prior to shipment.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The original artwork, text layout, hand-penned manuscripts, translations, and cinematic chronicles provided with the Products remain the intellectual property of VSELÉNSKYI. The purchase of a physical Product does not transfer any copyright or commercial reproduction rights to the buyer.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services or Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
